I would like to let you know about the service Mum and I received during the sale process of our home at Maiden Gully.
As you may or may not have heard, Mum and I went to over 30 open houses to suss out the best real estate firm in town. At each and every inspection Tim, Darren, and then Brad stood out above all others due to their friendliness, professionalism, no pushiness and strong sales pitch - PH Property’s approach was the best of the lot. We eventually settled on a shortlist of 4 agencies. We requested appraisals from all 4 agencies, and as with the open houses, the professionalism was unparalleled - we appreciated Brad's dedication to come out to our house on several occasions to ensure every question Mum had was answered. He prepared a written report with a portfolio of recent sales, informative data, and invaluable information. While some others had in fact offered cheaper commission rates (while some others offered more expensive), the decision to go with PH Property in the end was an easy one.
At the start of the marketing campaign what stood out for us was PH Property’s innovative ideas - the description was excellent emphasising the property’s strengths, and Brad even planned the best places and angles for the professional photography! The team was happy to listen to my thoughts and take on board any input I had for the sales campaign too. When the first open house came, we couldn’t have been more prepared…and much of this came down to Brad and Darren.
Mum and I couldn’t believe our luck when we had an offer by Monday morning after the first open, and appreciated Darren very much suggesting to the buyers to come in with a strong offer given the level of interest over the weekend. Throughout the contract period, Darren worked tirelessly to follow up the purchaser’s finance application due dates, building/pest inspections, etc, and to make sure every need that Mum had with the sale was met - his dedication (as predictable) was absolutely faultless.
Needless to say that PH Property has exceeded all expectations, and we are very pleased. Thank you to PH Property again. Aaron
