The market appraisal

When we appraise your property we prepare and collate details on the sales history for similar properties sold in your area over the previous 12 months, and consider current listings for sale, and most importantly we use our experience and professional judgement to give you the most accurate selling range in which we believe your property will sell.

 

Method of sale

We consider all options including private sale, a price range, auction and sale by tender before recommending the most suitable selling method to best market your property.

 

Marketing / time frame

We now consider your needs, current market factors and the features/strengths of your property before determining a suitable marketing campaign.   

 

Inspections

At this stage we will be promoting your property the best and most appropriate way possible.  We will devise a plan to have your home open for inspection and we will arrange private inspections at your convenience.

 

Communication

We provide feedback after every open for inspection and private inspection that take place so you are not left out of the loop during the marketing program. 

 

The Result

Our main focus is getting a result for you!  This involves negotiating the sale and following through every step post-sale to make sure all conditions are met in the contract.  We liaise with you right through until settlement and beyond.
